8th Annual Southern Coastal Bluegrass Festival at Battleship Park, Wilmington, NC Â Featured along with good bluegrass and bluegrass gospel will be: local cuisine, arts and crafts, storytelling, clogging and square dancing. Gates will open on Saturday at 10am and close at 8:00pm. Sunday at 10:00am and close at 7:00pm. Bring Blankets, and Chairs. No Coolers or Pets please. Â Â Did you know that the proceeds from this festival are used to fund a number of important cultural initiatives? These include theatrical productions of the Thalian Association, the Official Community Theater of North Carolina. Your patronage will also help area children, since funds raised here will help fund TACT, the Thalian Association Children's Theater. Â
